best cold air intake

what is the best cold air intake for my 1995 Honda Accord 16 Valve LX 4dr? i looked at AEM and Injen. I'm looking for performance wise. Which one will give me more horsepower gain. I was also wondering what exactly is a popcharger? my friend has one in his g35 and replaced his intake...what is the difference between cold air intake and air intake?

The best intake is the one that fits your car. Seriously. other than that there is no difference (except those wierd dry ice intakes). Get a generic intake and spend the $150 on somethin' else for your ride bro. The only possible reason I can see spending the mucho deniro on an intake is being that its carb approved.

A cold air intake distances the intake point away from the inside of the engine bay to a farther location where the air is cooler i.e. behind the front bumper. This is opposed to most factory intakes which the intake is located inside the engine bay breathing in warm air radiated from the engine.

Do some research bro, superhonda is full of questions and answers like this.

a very pricey intake will not give you much more performance gain than an ebay one with a good filter.

Just make sure if you go ebay, it comes with a K&N on the end.

that's the real key.

AEM, Injen etc... piping can be easily reproduced by a knock off company. not usually so with a filter. cheap pipe, good filter =
