tech wrench Can I swap an integra steering wheel

Right to the steering column, and will I just be able to clip the to links together and have it work??? I gotta know getting an inspection this week

DUde, that wasn't the fucking question, I baught the car in September and had it stored since, I haven't had a chance to drive it really yet and need to get an outta Province inspection done, the kid I bought the car from for some reason took the horn off the steering wheel, and I have to spend like 1300 just to get it on the road with HST, Allignment, Moving Permits( to the inspection area) and insurance so thats in the future.
