Car ideas...

So I have a '94 Civic DX Coupe and am thinking about trading it in for either a Fit, possibly a S2000 (if I have enough when new car time comes around), or any hatch if I could get my hands on one that is either "done right" or stock. I just wanted to know others opinions about each of the cars.

Hatch "done right" or stock, or a 95-96 delsol Si. Or wait
a few years and buy a used Fit, (those bitches are
tiny ). I thought my Sol was small until I
saw one of those in person. Pretty spacious inside,
though, due to the hatchback design. NEVER buy new.
S2000's are too expensive, and you have to think of
insurance costs, too. What money range or monthly
payments are you "comfortable" with, anyway?
Welcome aboard.

I don't know...my current job pays roughly $13.50/hour so probably $400-$500-ish for both the payment and insurance. It's so hard to find the old hatches though...especially the EG's that I like. I don't really want to do much to the car I do get though, just wheels and some interior mostly.

Yo hockeygirl...I'd say you go for the Fit. Aside from the fact that it matches your character (Honda Fit is among the best cars for Women FYI for 2007), you can afford it with your regular pay per month. You can easily find Honda parts if you want to alter some components in your interior, wheels and body styling.

The S2000? Wow...Everybody craves for this car. But it depends on your monthly income. Insurance is expensive as well. So go for the fit instead.

Actually I've kinda switched from looking at getting another car to just getting the Honda Metropolitan for the gas mileage. Thanks for the suggestions though.

what does a vespa and a fat girl have in common?

they're both fun to ride until a friend catches you.

sorry couldn't help it.

anyways, as for cars, what was your motive behind getting one? transportation? sport? cargo? gas savings?

miatas and the mr-s both get really good mileage and are SUPER fun to drive.

wow you can copy and paste. no i was trying to be funny.. my truck is actually 2wd and not really all that huge. wtf is your problem with diesels anyway? i have 2 integras as well...

as for what's in my pants, i've never met a hockey player i wanted to share it with.

me being the shit has nothing to do with my truck. funny how some's identity is so fucking caught up in their vehicles..

it's not like i would fuck with you on your little scooter, damn.
