HP gain from specific modifications ?

What HP gains have you got from your mods ? ... alot of people seem to ask me how much HP ( ex: my header gave me or HP my Intake) gave me. I know it won't be the same with each model car but it will help "newbies" get started on what mods they want to do.
Not everyone will have accual Dyno tests but just give your personal opinion.

B18c5 swap (stock)
Dyno - 174whp/144tq

DC Header/AEM Intake/Exhaust
Dyno - 182whp/141tq

Hondata s200/ MSD6
Dyno - 193whp/148tq

Have more mods since but I don't think they did much I'll post again when I get my Revhard Stage2 installed and Dynoed.
