Ok im 14 now and next yr when 15 i plan on geting a car. The thing is idk know what i want. I have been looking around and 91 srx si has came up and same with a 94 civic ex or a 95 civic. But the problem is i will only have around 1500-2000 to spend on the car. And out of those idk which i could get and which is the best stock?
If you get an old car... The best bet for power is a Swap. I'd say get a 89-91 Civic Hatch if you can. And get it in an SI model if they even make them that year. Then throw in maybe a B16 or something. Just keep saving some money man.

Well...given the fact that you are now turning 14...the first thing you should start with is your english. Hell, i wasn't even born in this country. I dont want to say anything that will make me look like i surpass you and bury you 6 feet under with words but....
Try to learn the english language, and some grammar. Then when you reword your questions, people will ALSO know what a srx is. Which, you meant CRX...but..honestly...3 characters, arent too hard. Just 3/16 of a centimeter away. You can type it right?
Sorry, i just had to point that out.

Since this is a honda board. I am going to suggest the option I looked into: 92-95 Civic EX or Si. The EX has the SOHC VTEC motor in the 2 or 4 door sedan, the Si has it in the hatch. From this point the greddy turbo kit is relatively inexpensive, and since you have such a popular car, getting used mods would be cheap and easy to find.
If you want cheaper, faster, and AREN'T bent on getting a honda... here are a couple of other suggestions.
1) Turbo Dodge. Shadow, Daytona, Spirit R/T models, Omni GLH, Shelby CSX, ect. All can be had for less than $1500 (and less than $1000 in most cases) and can be made to run 11s in the 1/4 with another 2-3 grand put into them. Sick fast cars.
2) MK2 VW 16V. Jetta or GTI. Light car (read: Civic weight) with a potent and cheaply modded engine. A little hard to find, but if you search you can find something like a Jetta GLI in great condition, with its factory recaros and extensive option list, for about $1500. Check out www.autotech.com for mods such as $400 cams that will net you almost 20HP to the wheels.
get a $600 geo metro and learn to drive......since you're still learning, your driving will be worse than your english....cuz to think, you've had at least 7 years of school to learn english, yet it's still horible. i can't imagine what your first 6 months of driving will be like. just do those of us who drive a favor and get a super underpowered car and stay out of our way so you don't do anything stupid and can learn what it's like to be on the road. it's a whole lot different than playing gran turismo

Mods: AEM Intake & Cam Sprockets , RC Throttle Body, Greddy SS Header , RSR Exhaust , Carsound Cat , ACT Clutch & Fly, NGK 8mm Blue Wires, JDM Type-S Valve Cover , Koni Yellow Shocks , RSR Down Springs, Nuespeed Short Shift Adapter, CF Dashkit, CF
Heres a suggestion then , buy only brake parts and suspension parts. Because those will at least help you stay on the road.
Do not buy power parts , or you will soon find yourself in a ditch or splitting a tree. Learn to drive , then get power....
Show it off at the track or course.
