it's hot here in maryland, and i have an aphault driveway. anyways, i'm planning a transmission swap over the course of a couple days (working slowly and surely). anyways, i'm wondering if there's anyway to keep a car propped up for a while without using jackstands that could sink in. i was thinking a homebuilt ramp. any other ideas? thanks!
On some models the AC controls are located on the door panels. Temperature is selected by how far you rotate the crank and the fan is operated by the long skinny pedal to the far right. The further you depress this pedal, the higher the air flow.
thanks a lot for the replies! guess i'll be picking up a couple pieces of plywood today. i just checked out the speedwaymotors site, and those jackstands are 100 bucks! they have a pretty sharp carbon fiber jack though :eek $1400 though
