pimp my lawnmower
So a friend of mine gave me a relatively new lawnmower to do with what I please. I have already completely disassembled the engine and fully cleaned and polished the internals (piston, crank, valvetrain, etc...) and I want to know if theres anything I can do to get more than the stock advertised 6.5 horsepower out of it. Are there companies that make lawnmower parts? Can I get a stage 2 cam? Domed piston? ...nitrous?

1. Yes, but high performance parts, no.
2. No.
3. No.
4. Yeah you can hook nitrous to it, but it ain't gonna last long.
It'll go boom. See video.

They make tons of parts for Briggs & Straton engines. A "5hp" B&S can be turned into a 20hp engine easily. Look into kart racing or lawn mower racing.
