problems

i have a 97 civic and i cant figure out what is wrong with it. for starters when i go to take off it acts like it wants to go dead. i have to keep it at a high rpm. then when just keeping the throttle steady it slows down on it on or kinda cuts out. i put a new throttle body on thinking that was it but it didnt solve the problem. it still does this off and on. any suggestions?

i think you could possibly have a vacume line leak somewhere. It feels like there is no power off the line and almost stalls? had that on my car.

it only does it sometimes some times it is perfectly fine and other it is terribele somedays it only does it holding the throttle steady
