silly ricer
i was talking to an interesting fellow tonight... friend of a friend...
he saw that i had a wastegate as a paperweight on my desk and pics of cars on my walls and started talking cars with me, and telling me...
1. that hes building a toyota corolla right now
2. on this corolla he is putting dual exhaust, from which he expects 80 hp (not kidding)
when i told him i think he should check his facts, he...
1. called me a liar
2. told me that i knew nothing about cars
3. told me that since he will be going to mechanic school next year, and therefore that he knows more than me...
i walked away so that i didnt hit him... lol :bh :bh :bh

i have a few suggestions that you should do...
1.you should take him a magazine that does dynos for exhaust...
2. roll it up.
3. beat him..
4. repeat step 3.

thats what i figure... if he wont listen to me (i've been working on cars and motorcycles for years, and i've seen a lot) he'll listen to the guys at mechanic school. or they'll kick him out. even better. lol |

dayam 80 hp from an exhaust? what id give for an 80hp gain off my exhaust  . mechanic school? i bet the dude will do oil changes and alignments his whole career. Corolla? mad horsepower man, best car to pump money into. Oh ya, my grandma has a corolla. Oh yes, beat that kids ass untill it turns blue.

No shit......i had a buddy of mine swear his corolla could beat my accord.
Needless to say, I left him in 1st, 2nd I was half down the street and bottom of third he gave up.
He ran in his friends camry, again a 5 spd and the result was worse.......and this was when I had NOTHING on the car except a punched out airbox.....not even the short shifter, or suspension, just the wheels........ lol |
