Easy question guys, I'm trying to figure this out once and for all… what is the difference between American and Japanese cars HP ratings that you can find at the companies website or like on a car site like carpoint.com?
I have heard in the past, that American cars post there rear wheel HP, and Japanese car companies post there flywheel HP. Is this true?
I hope it is.. I see things like American cars being 3.5L and 200 HP and Japanese cars being 3.0L with 200 HP… I know American cars suck but they sure waste gas if this is true. Thanks for anything you can clear up.
Im a noob I know
