Chevron 5w30 <--- Seems like not that many people use it but it seems fine to me plus it's cheap $0.69/qt.

Filter I always go OEM (I think it's from Canada)

i just thought i would mention that your block looks identical to mine right now, wickedone. I'm about to send it out to golden eagle but i can't get that damn crank pully off to get the crank out. I know this is off-topic. but could somebody tell me which way that bolt turns? the damn technicians at the dealer couldn't even tell me.

not to try and be an ass or anything but i've heard that royal purple shoudln't be used on a daily basis since it breaks down very easily. i've heard that its mainly just supposed to be used to gain a little extra power at the drag strip and then changed immediately. just wondering if you've had any problems with it or anything. anyways i use mobil 1 5w30 and usually a fram or honda filter.
