What is a RICER? Am I a Ricer, are you a Ricer, what makes our cars ricey, Does JDM parts not make your car ricey, Does a bodykit make your car Rice? What makes Rice?
I'd say it depends... Some say any jap car is rice but often when used like that it's not bad mouthing them. I say your rice if you have a car from japan that looks "fast", is slow, or someone who pays someone to do all the work for em. If you do your own work your good in my books (work isn't cheap stick on tinted windows and a wing that is bolted to your trunk)

this has been covered already. turns out different people had different definitions. I believe the original defenition was Rice burner = any Japanese made car.
These days it's evolved to multiple defenitions.
as far as im concerned... rice is something you eat.
Rice to me is when people just put shit on their car just to be putting shit on there. If it looks clean or looks good and performs well, then it's not rice to me. If it has all the body kit stuff and has the balls to back it up, it's not rice.
This girl today had a GT Mustang with the GT-R APC sticker on there above the GT badge..... I consider that rice.
Like they said before, rice can have many defintions. What I consider rice, was seeing a 95-99 Nissan maxima Se with a Type R emblem on it. Now that is rice . Also putting a huge ass wing on the car. Which i might add doesn't even look right Also a car with countless stickers is rice too. Why can't they just bive the car a clean look?!?!?!

Most Rice-Boy cars (or "Rice Rockets") have the usual complement of stickers proudly displaying features that the car might or might not have, most notably, the Honda VTEC sticker from the later model Preludes, and the plaques from the later model Integras.
Rice-Boys do not exclusively drive Japanese cars. There are quite a few fake Mustang '5.0's and Camaro Z28's out there, as well as quite a few strange looking Neons. "
