Where is my ignition timing adjuster connector?

Im trying to get my timing correct, the book refers to an "ignition timing adjuster connector" located under the right side of the dash; according to the book im supposed to connect a jumper wire between the brown and green/white wires before proceding with the timing process. If anyone is pretty knowlegeable in timing a 1990 civic si, please help me im dyin over here!
