02 civic 1.7L ecu modules?whats better

I own a 2002 Honda Civic, Canadian model, SI, it's 1.7L, aka USA's EX model..
current mods are..bc2 body kit, 18"wheels, falken rubber, aem v2, dc sports 4-2-1offroad headers, apexi gt spec catback, tokico hp shocks n lowering springs set, camber kits, awesome pioneer/infinity stereo, altezza projection lights allaround, fog lights. its awesome..
I'm looking to buy a chip for it, and other then sending the computer away to Jet Performance i was wondering whats sorta the best for afew hundred bucks..
i want some hp and throttle response..
A spoon chip or something would be nice, but how would i get ahold of one.
The hondata is a little outta my price range. I was thinking about something like maybe a Apexi AFC Neo, or a Python Injection Venom 400...
What's maybe the best thing i could do for some more power... ??
