1995 A/C Compressor work in 1990?

That is the question, it looks like a 1995 A/C compressor is the same as a 1990.

One weird problem is this - I have replaced the Compressor, Condenser, Dryer, Expansion Valve and cleaned all the lines and Evaporator Coil and in very hot weather the compressor cycles on and off very quickly, mostly to off. When it is around 80 deg out, no problem, the A/C works fine.

I hooked up pressure gauges and you can see the HOT side [compressor side] go way up to 350psi and the compressor cuts off - this is about where it is supposed to with the High Pressure switch..

WHAT is going on with the system?? Anyone have an idea?

Geeeezz nobody on this??
Well I had to take it into another A/C center and found out the problem was too much refrigerant. When it was corrected, the A/C cooled properly and it fixed the car dying at idle because the compressor was pushing liquid instead of gas.. Works now.

They also mentioned that the aftermarket cooling fans from DAP are not the best..>> anyone have here have a recommendation for cooling fan choices?
