4g si help

i got an 89 si hatch for a daily driver but the motor is burning alot of oil and starting to go bad. i was wondering if a y7 or y8 would just bolt on. i dont necessarily wanna go b series cause im building a turbo 4g. i was just wondering cause since d series are kinda cheap i might as well go with one for a daily motor. maybe build it eventually.

If you have a D series Bottom end, a D series Head will Bolt right up. Get a Y8 with Vtec
