91 DX head swap Q's

I picked up a civic last week that was not running, Pulled the valve cover off after checking everything else (spark, fuel, compression)and it had spun a bearing on the cam, the last journal closest to the cam gear is toast I picked up a stock cam but I have some questions on the head....

am I better Off trying to find a new head? I know alot of the D series heads are similar, what will bolt up the same? I was searching around on here and found a thread saying a z6 or a y8 head will fit my d15b2 the same. that true?
