94 civic idling issue

my 94 civic hatch has an idling issue and its pissing me off. it idles from 900 to 1500 i changed the iacv 2 times the fiac and seafoamed the vaccum lines. it startd with my z6 wen i put a skunk2 manifold and wen i took it back off it kept doin it. so i wondering wat else it can be, any info would be great i also sprayed all around the engine bay for any sign of a leak and theres nothing. please any info would be great!!!

check your tps. i had the same idle sorta thing, i was getting ripped. my sensor just was a little crooked, and it fixed the idle

Check for VACCUM LEAKS. The #1 CAUSE OF THE SURGE. The TPS(throttle position sensor) is the second thing I would look at - you swapped the intake - not the throttle body. Also you could try to look for any hoses you have hooked up wrong (Creates a vac leak you wouldn't even notice)

Did you reuse the gasket when U switched the manifolds? You may have a leak there due to a faulty gasket.Try replacing the gasket with a new one.

ok check it out you may think that you have a vac leak you might but check you t/b gasket if there was oil on it it will cause it to suck in air causing a ruff idle.. you said that you had a new mani and it did the same thing then if it dont go away when cleaning the t/b gasket check the map sensor if you got particles in it it will cause the same thing..
