94 hatch VX timing???

i just bought this hatch for a grand 94 vx 132k pretty clean. the only thing is when im driving it in 3rd 4th and 5th gear, around 2 to 3k RPM is stutters, and losses power. i have to back off the gas and hold it little bit and then it gets going again...

timing is pulley white mark TDC

cam gear stock
timing 15 deg

check fule filter, plugs ect.
