blox intake manifold help!!!
first off i should have searched on ppls opinions about this damn manifold.
secondly i must say so far i have had nothing but trouble with this damn thing.
the runners on the manifold were too thick to put the factory nuts on so i have to grind down parts of their welding down so the nuts could fit.
then i look at my factory intake manifold. i was so furious i forgot where stuff went. so now i have a coolant line that i cant find where it goes and ahhh well. basically does anyone have a diagram or anything that can help me get back on my feet. thanks alot i feel like a total noob for asking this stuff. but im lost . thanks again in advanced

coolant is to the iacv only. the rest are vacuum lines. the larger vacuum line goes to the pcs on the fuel rail. the smaller goes to the pvc under the manifold, the itty bitty one goes to the fpr. the coolant lines go to the iacv, which one goes to the line off the IM itsself, to the iacv, the other goes to a coolant line under the manifold near the pcv. then theres another large vacuum line thats was on the back thats the brake booster, and then the cruise line that was at the bottom right of the stock manifold.

im pretty familiar with the vacuum lines just that for some reason i have a spare coolant line that has no where to go.
you know the vacuum line that goes from the valve cover to the intake pipe.?
well there is a coolant line welded onto the steel portion of the vacuum and coolant line.
that coolant line has nowhere to go.
and another thing. all my sensors are connected and jesus does this car run like pure 110% shit.
i mean i cant keep a steady idle and i blows tremendous amounts of smoke. smells like fuel.
help please lol
i also double checked on the coolant lines and i still have no where to put this last line.

your gonna have to take a couple of pics about which one your talking about. there are only two coolant lines that run to the throttle body/iacv. one goes from the large coolant line from under the manifold to the iacv, and the other from the iacv/tb to the large coolant line that connects near the flange of the IM.

here we go
if you look very closely where my finger is pointed look to the left of my finger and you will see the 3 exits i was talking about. 2 small and a big one, anyway, the line that im pointing at is the line that goes from where im pointing to the next pic
next is
this is the line that has no where to go. the line that is attached to the vacuum line that goes from the valve cover to the intake pipe.
next is

the coolant line that is underneath the throttlebody goes from the T/B to 1 of the 2 small exits on the 3 exit pipe on the mani.
next is the coolant line routing from the IACV
this is one line going from the block to one nipple on the iacv shown on the next pic below
obviously its the one im pointing at
next is the other line for the iacv
it goes from where my finger is down to

ok so after all is said and done. the ONLY line that is open is 1 OUT of the 3 coolant exits on the mani. 2 small and a big one.
like i said one of the small exits on the mani goes to the underneath part on the tb around the throttle thing.
and the other one is the open one.
some one helllllllllp
thanks sooo much in advance

ok got some cleaned up pics for ya. this is off a 99 ex but the coolant lines should be the same.
below, is the line that comes off the larger line in the bottom right. that line goes to the open nipple you see (in the same pic) on the throttle body. the line farthest on the left that has the hose on it goes to the IACV, in the 2nd pic.
the next is the rear with the IACV. the line from the furthest left in the throttle body, goes to the right connection on the IACV. then the left connection on the iacv goes to a large metal pipe that is under the IM. right near the PCV.

unfortunately getting a pic of the last spot is kinda tuff and i didn;t want to drop the camera. but trust me its under there. if you get under the car you can see it above the oil filter.

well like i said i never found where to put that last coolant hose.
i also started up the car and boy oh boy is this thing smoking like a turd.
smells like fuel. cant be oil cuz i ran it and checked oil level and oil level stayed the same. the reason i decided to check the oil level constantly was because this thing was smoking at idle and nonstop.
so my thought is going with an injector staying open .
when i bought the intake manifold (blox)
it came with the stock TB tps and map sensor . it also came with the stock fuel rail and stock injectors . i was a little skeptical about using injectors that came from a total stranger. so im going to swap the stranger injectors with my injectors and maybe that will fix it up . but back to the original concern.
i dont know what to do anymore man.
i know this may sound barbaric but should i cap that line off??
should i tap it into another existing line!??? im dead in the water man.
i promise you i searched up and down on that engine and everywhere else and i could not find an open line to put that coolant hose on.

its there. take your time and take the manifold back off. it shouldn't take long since you know what your doing now. i promise there are 6 seperate connections you have to find. 4 are on the t/b and IACV, the 5th on the edge of the left edge of the IM, and the last under the IM where you can;t see without it off.

Last night i took the manifold off all the way and im going to search the entire back of the engine for coolant lines. ill mark them so i dont miss them but im getting very skeptical but ill take your word for it
also while the manifold is out ill swap out the mystery injectors and put my KNOWN good injectors in to see if my smoking issue will go away
like always ill keep you posted on whats happening
thanks again for all you help this far.
i really appreciate it

take a pic of the back of the block from the top looking from the firewall. if its there you should be able to see it in the picture.
