I guess I should stop arguing about the car. Its gone. someone broke into the shop last night. theres alot of stuff missing and everything else was pretty much destroyed when Im assuming they tried to take it but couldnt. Im still going over everything but I just got boned hard.
so much for ADT security. F*ucking A*ssholes.

damn, arguing aside, that sucks sorry to hear. I always hate it when thieves take the easy route and steal your shit that you worked hard on to make and build up. 2 things i would do, 1 figure out how adt dropped the ball and if you can sue them, 2 hope to god your insurance is better than your security service.

yeah, they sent a dude from ADT to "inspect" my system. turns out the kid that installed my system didnt connect the sensors on the garage doors. he ran the wire all the way to the front of the shop and left em hanging inside the box, but all the glass doors in the front of the shop were armed! the showroom was too. Im not going to sue them, thankfully I have insurance on just about everything, they send a claims adjuster in once a month to inventory. so I was covered. but Im still pissed, I had alot of time into everything, too bad insurance doesnt cover that...
OH YEAH, ADT had the balls to tell me that it may have been an inside job. Considering everyone at the shop is family or very close friends I highly doubt that.
I do want to find the guys that did this. Not to get my shit back, just to say what the fuck. I also want to figure out why they didnt take the turbo kits I had. I had a bunch of greddy type s bov's and they took one out of the box and left it on the floor. they ripped the wiring out of a customers car like they were going to yank the motor and then changed their mind, they left the wiring for it in the back of the shop by the bathroom.
Im still trying to figure out what the hell was going through these guys heads at the time...

well, im not overly concerned (which worries me because I know I should be) about the whole situation. I was planning on moving the shop to a different location anyway, preferably closer to the border. east county is a retarded place to own a shop. Im white and I get more respect from some big ass cholo dudes than I get from some dumbass rednecks. If my shit gets jacked in chula vista, half the city will know about it in an hour...
My policy covered almost everything, I still lost alot. but Im fine with it because I know Ill see it all for sale on craigslist...then Ill burn down the guys house. hahaha.
