check engine light

my check engine light is on so I scanned it and it said "manufacturer control, ignition system or misfire". It has new plugs, coil, cap, rotor, wires 7 months old and the code does not go away. Sorry it is a 2000 civic dx sohc with 268,000 miles on it still runs good though. any ideas on the code?

Check your O2 sensor on your exhaust manifold. I had the same problem a year ago. I have a 99 LX. After you replace it, take off the negative battery terminal for about a minute to reset the codes and the tighten it back on. It did the trick for me.
