Code 1 searched couldn't find anything

Okay, We just swapped in another d15b into my brothers hatch. The other motor didn't throw this code but the new one is. Code 1... Oxygen Content... Anybody have a clue?? It has a new 02 sensor in it... Anyone know how to test or what to check for with this problem??

The primary O2 heater heats the Sensor up quickly so the ecu can accurately determine A/F ratios much faster and save you fuel. The Oxygen content #1 thing - I am not sure - sounds emissions related or your not reading the code properly.
