Compression Test results

I just ran a compression test [dry] and came up with readings of 170-175 on each of the cylinders which seemed very strong and close together. I also ran a wet compression test [ with oil] just to see what the results were and I got readings of 250 on each cylinder.. Does that indicate possible piston ring wear?

Did you do the test when the engine was hot?

...if not go for a drive...then do the compression test.

Yes, engine was tested hot.

even numbers is all that matters. a valve adjustment will help compression along with just general engine maintenance and tuning up.
