d15b7 head on d16z6 block?

can you put the b7 head on a d16 block..... if you can which d16 block, and what do you need to make the head and block mate up. thanks for your help fellas. btw, the reason why is because my turbo quit working today, i got on it and nothing was there just NA, no boost at all, so im guessin the crap turbo that was on it is dead, i was expecting it to happen, but before i get a new turbo, i was wondering if i could use a b16 block of some sort instead of my d15. i think ive read of someone doin it but it raised the compression high, it would be cheaper for me to build a d16 than the d15, and i think id be ok not sleeving the d16, just forged rods and pistons and fully rebuilt with performance bearings and hv oil pump. i dont want to do the whole swap because i dont want to mess with the ECU i already have it chiped, and i dont want to mess with the wire harness either.
