Civic98KH is an unknown quantity at this point

in my 98 civic, i have I/H/E .. S2 Intake Manifold, B16 Throttle Body .. umm, i have a head on the way to rebuild, now i know i gotta get it retuned to run that, now i was gonna go with a p28 and convert to obd1 .. would i be able to do this before i get the head on? .. if the p28 is chipped will this help me out any?

yes you'd be able to do it before you got the head on. the p28 being chipped won't really do anything until you take it to get it tuned. are you ordering from phearable.net? i ordered mine from there.

also when you're getting the OBD2-OBD1 conversion harness make sure you get the right one. since you have a 98 you'd need the OBD2A harness, not the OBD2B (for 99-00 civics)
