Be more specific with the problem you are having. You said that it feels as if your engine is missing. If your engine was missing your car wouldn't run. So, is your car not running? More details, please.

when i say missing i mean on a cylinder. like one cylinder isnt firing. but it only happens intermittently. its fine today so far...but later it might start acting up so its not a vacuum leak or anything like that....it has a full tune up...new fuel filter.took injectors out and cleaned them and they all work fine...im thinking ecu is possibly messed up..but i dont know thats why im asking for some input

Have you tried replacing the plugs and wires?
Has it thrown a CEL?

If it had misfired then the CEL would have come on.

i'd say dirty fuel injectors, I know he said he just cleaned them, but maybe the ports have debris in them.
