I did a coolant bleed and now my car is running like crap.ANd worse, the temp needle still goes up torwards the HOT.It first started blowing light white smoke steam through the tail pipe for a while. Then I took the car for a spin and it stopped that. Now it Vibrates big time in the video you can see the camera shake up and the exhaust smells kinda like sulfer.I am hoping I didn't blow the head gasket but I dont understand how it would have blown.
drain the oil. look for any milky/creamy residue in it. thats a sign of a blown head gasket. You can also get a compression tester for about $20. Another good way to check.
If you have access to an air compressor. You can blow air into the cylinders. Take the radiator cap off and see if you get bubbles coming up in the radiator.
Sometimes headgaskets just blow. Some older civics used a fiber material headgasket. honda later switched to a 3-layer metal/steel gasket.
Either way if the coolant temp is high (another possible sign of a bad HG), you don't want to keep driving it until you get it fixed because you risk warping the head.
A bad HG is $45 in parts and a saturday. A warped head is $$ and downtime while the head is @ the machine shop.

I got the car fixed.I towed the car in to the mechanic with my 06 CTD which is what probably saved the head.I had the head re surfaced and it was Ported and polished while it was there.I also had BOTH of my axles replaced and now the car seems brand new again.Pulls alot harder and its even more fun to drive
