engine wont rev over 3k

my bro did a zc dohc swap on his 91 dx and we did all the wiring ourselves but we did it ocording to all the info givin to us from this forum and the engine ran great before he swaped it out of his 88 si but his tps sensor is also broke off and i was wondering if that could be the problem .........any help would be greatly appreciated

only way you'd find out is by fixing that sensor then trying again. check your tranny.

why check the tranny the car moves great theres nothing wrong with the tranny it's in nuetral and still doing this but i just realized i posted this in d series whhen its a zc witch is basically a d16 dohc but still my bad
