Actually I dont know how good Just regular Synhromesh is. I just said fuq it and went all out for the friction modified stuff. Back when it did grind all I had was a CAI. Now I have the full intake to the exhaust and I cannot do anymore to my suspesion. My DX tranny never grinded too. My Si tranny does run smoother than the DX also AND a hell of alot quicker. People always say do it right the first time and I am one of those people now.

agreed. I'll be using that in the tranny in the future. I have also had good experiences with redline mt90. If you can't get the synchromesh or redline, then get honda mtf.
