i wont to replace my flywheel

any one know what kind of flywheel should i get for my 99 civic is a manual and i wont to chnge my flywheel should i change my clutch or stay with oem or what kind of clutch should is go for if i do change it everyone has told me that i will notice a big diff if i just change my flywheel thanks much for the reply

I would do clutch and flywheel at the same time. Its too much work to go in to just change the flywheel alone unless you *KNOW* your clutch is in great shape.
