mini me swap wouldn't start up

i just finished my mini me swap and it ran ok but it was idoling and the timing was making noise so i re-timed the timing belt and then after that it wouldn't start up..... it only cranks....i checked the fuel... getting fuel and there's no fuel leak or anything...check spark...it was sparking...timing was recheck....what could be wrong...it does start up...

could it be one of the vaccum plugs.......

I HATE it when my car idles... you could try putting water into the intake, that'll stop it for sure.
