Need some advice
I am doing a mini-me swpa if you will and it is going into my ef si hatch now i want to make it obd0 so my questions are .... Will my si (d16a6) intake manifold fit on a sohc vtec head, will the dizzy fit from my a6, and I have a obd0 b16 ecu and i know you can run a p28 (sohc vtec) ecu with a b16 but can u run it oppisite a b16 ecu on a sohc vtec? Any info will be helpful thanks.

a dohc ecu won't run a sohc head correctly and vise versa unless it is chipped. so don't use it.
but what you can do. is have a p28 chipped with the basemap of the head your gonna run.
Thank goodness you already have the EF Si or this would be a nightmare! I STRONGLY suggest just getting a stock P28, and an OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness. It is the easiest way to get it working and for it to run right and reliably.
I strongly doubt the A6 dizzy will fit that head. You should at least get a Z6 dizzy and try to swap the internal electrical components so it will plug into your harness. I know swapping dizzy internals works between OBD1 & OBD2 so it could also work going OBD0-OBD1. If not you'll need the Z6 dizzy anyhow and some harness-side dizzy plugs to splice onto your harness.
I'd also suggest buying one of those VTEC add-on harnesses, they are fairly cheap I think. They come with the correct solenoid plugs and wires/pins to add into the engine harness/ecu plugs.
