Oil FIlter does not Screw into the Sandwithc adapter
Hello, Guys
I trying to install a Oil Sandwitch adapter. Everthing goes in perfectly, except the I cant screw in the oil filter. It seems like the tread is wrong. It goes in about 4 turns, then it stops. Do i have to use a wrench to try screwing in the filter.

make sure you have the right part numbers for your application. then check to make sure if the filter is already flush to the sandwich. if not then its gonna either be the wrong threading for the filter or you are misthreading it.

like 98civicEK said, those sandwich adaptors often require a certain oil filter to work properly. chances are you bought the wrong filter.
what brand of adaptor is it, and what oil filter did you get for it?

Most places that sell the adapters will know/ have listed the part number to the oil filter you should use. I
