Question about doing a Mini-me

Ok, my brother has a rex with the stock D15B2 and he found a Z6 head for cheap. He wants to buy it and do the swap, but I told him if he does he should change over to better fuel injection. But in the end he still has a D15 bottom end. So now I'm thinking its not worth it. Any opinions?

If he can get things for cheap then go for it. However he should also price swapping in a complete d16.
