question about swappin a d16a6 into a 91 hatch
im swappin a d16a6 into my 91 hatch , that means im goin dpfi to mpfi so i had to get a new wiring harness got it from rywire, im just wondering if i absolutely have to get a si pm6 ecu, or if i can use the stock d15 pm5 ecu.
Mods: Well, IT'S STOCK EXCEPT FOR MY 5000hp shot of nitrous!

You will NEED the PM6. No way around that. There are hacks that let you run extra injectors on the PM5 - but they are sketchy and can (and usually do) harm parts of your car. Just do it right. You won't have anything bad to say if you do.

thanks for the info, i already got the pm6, i would like to get the pg7 cuz i hear it redlines at 7,500rpm which would be nice, im currently in process of popping the ecu pins and wiring up my harness, ran into some trouble tho i got a aftermarket radiator and it doesnt fit, too tall my hood wont close completely.
so i gotta find a stocky somewhere shortly.

well i just got done doing the wiring at the ecu, the engine rotates but does not start, and my ecu is throwing code 10, which is the IAT(Intake Air Temp.)sensor, so i dont know what to do now, did i mess up the wiring or something?
