Exclamation Quick question, quick answer needed !!

can i stick a D16Z6 block ( the bottom bit with the pistons )
on a D15B2 top ?!? i would do a swap for the whole engine, but i only have a week left to take off work and don't fancy ripping apart a wireing loom and putting a new one in and an engine !!

Thanks

I'm not 100% certain the answer to your question....however, I am 100% certain even if it is possible to put that head on the z6 block, that a full motor, tranny, ecu, harness etc swap will be easier than this head swap. You will likely run into connector and wiring issues...you'll have to diagnose crappy idle and poor performance.....and this is assuming you can even get it to start.

Ok that's a bit harsh, but seemingly simple head swaps can become a nightmare due to unforeseen circumstances .
