Removing AC belt?

I just remove my whole AC system, including compressor, all i need is just to remove the ac belt and the pulley. How do i remove the belt, can I just cut it?and is it necessary to take out the ac pulley.

BTW im installing turbo

Yep just cut it. It's not necessary since it won't be contributing to any engine loss, but it is unneeded weight.
