I would set the intake valves almost at zero losen up the exhaust valves put some 91 in and play with the distrubtor reset the ecu and run it you can tune it yourself to some degree...

bood setup for bent valves or destroyed pistons .

ok so what else did you touch except the header? did you extend the o2 sensor wiring? if so it can effect how the car runs becasue longer wiring can mean different readings.

as for the the valve adjustment .007 intake and .009 exhaust is best.

did you reset the ECU? you need to do this after any performance mod. disconect the negative battery terminal for 45 minutes. unless you messed with timing it will be same but check it its suposed to be about 12* BTDC

if your o2 is bad the engine doesnt know how to run since it has no clu what AF its at...

go to auto zone and get their code reader(its free) and itll tell you the code, should say something like "primary o2 voltage" or something along those lines. leave the car runing and plug the reader into the diagnosys port.

thats DEFINETLY your problem man.

bad o2= shit mpg, ship HP, shit idle.

by o2 went out too when I changed my header, guess just the removal force brakes them or something.
