skunk2 cam questions

hey i want to put a skunk 2 cam in my d16y8 and i have some questions? Can i put one in myself no problem? how much hp noticeable and worth the money? and do i need value springs like they recommond? need it tuned after words?

if you have any mechanical ability and the necessary tools you can do it yourself. grab a helms manual too. a cam by itself wont give you a bunch of power. combined with other parts that make the engine breath better then you'll see some nice gains.

going na with a d16 is rather pointless. the gains you get arent worth the cost imo. just boost it.
