Spring/Shock Trouble?
I checked out my car today and the driver side front part is lower than the right side. ITs maybe 2 inches Lower that the passeger side. Its not tire/wheel for sure. So could it be the shock or spring?

stock springs typically don't do that. and the struts won't affect ride height unless the spring perch was broken. I would check the LCA bushings to see if they need replacing.
check the gap between coils of the spring though just to make sure they aren't messed up if, there is a big difference, look into some new springs. about 150 can get you H&R sport oe's which lower like .75" and ride like a brand new stock civic.
Are you sure it's 2 inches or just guessing? This is normal. A lot of people around the forums have mentioned their car sitting lower on one side than the other

if you can't check everything yourself, take it to the dealer to see what they think.
mine is maybe at most .5" of difference from one side to another.
