Stock valves on turbo setup?

Im building my motor its a d16y7 and i have pistons and rods but i cant find anywhere to get forged valves and titanuim retainers and springs.. if i just replaced the stock ones i have now with OEM vavles retainers and springs would i be fine put 16psi boost on it? it will have a built bottom end with a block gaurd and a cam will new OEM parts hold on the head?

stock valves/springs/retainers are fine for that. The real savings with those items is weight and higher rpm performance. However I would really consider getting an aftermarket valvespring like a crower if you are doing an all out build. I've also heard good things about supertech's.
