Throttle Pulse

Ok my brother just instaled a Motorvation throttle body spacer onto his 94 civic with a 1.5 liter engine and now the throttle is pulsing from 600 to 1300 rpm's constanty at idle. We tried taking the spacer off and it didn't fix the problem. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check the IACV could be dirty.

To be honest with you I'm not even sure he says it mixes the fuel and air better?

I think he's takin it to his mechanic after work so I don't think he wants to mess with it anymore. But I did do a search on the IACV and that sounds like his problem but I won't see hm today to help hime fix it. Thanks for your help though
