Those aren't bad kits, but you can assemble your own kit that is better for less money. Start with a great ball-bearing turbo and build the rest of the system around it. A GT2560R would probably be good. Quick spool and will make up to 250hp.

Those kits have lame fuel and ignition stuff that, while expensive and impressive sounding, overcomplicates the installation and tuning of your system. You just need a good set of injectors and an OBD1 ecu conversion (an adapter harness & socketed OBD1 ecu to tune with).
