Driving up the free way, every thing felt fine, down shifted into forth, made a nascar move around car number 20... shifted into 5th and then it blip blip blip blip and loss of power... lugged it over to the side, got a tow from a homie, tore into it, took the head off... found 2 broken exhaust valves... GREAT

all stock parts, every thing else looks fine, i could have driven her home, but i waited for a tow. looks like just 2 valves need to be replaced, but the heads never been taken off so im ganna get a complete valve job, and what ever the deck may need, re surfacing and that kind of thing. piston looks fine as well. i stoped the car about a mile from when i first felt a loss of power, and the piece of valve that broke was melted into the one next to it.

How were the valves broken? Heads popped off the valves or cracked or ? I haven't seen valves just fall apart. What Auburn do you live in(what state)?
