definately get a new ECU. You won't get much out of the turbo on the stock one, and you're more likely to lean out on the stock computer. Go with a fully programable ECU that you can tune on the road or on a dyno

nice write up joe. just thought i would throw this picture in here to help out with any other questions and what not.
Also if you guys have access to a welder or know someone who does, they do make kits out there that come with the proper flanges and piping, all you need to do is weld them together. Sounds easy, but if you have never welded before and think you can do it, you probably can't. Here are some good places for these manifold kits:
Car: 1995 Honda Civic DX Turbo, 1995 Honda Civic EX
Mods: Turbo, stage 3 clutch, h&r springs, skunk2 camber kit, fuel injectors, strut bars, short shifter
This stuff is really helpful, would of helped if i had internet when i turboed my car I have a turboed d15 with 189,xxx miles on it. VERY FAST! I'm pushing 8 pounds. t3/t4 from garret. I race mostly every weekend and i havn't had problems with my engine. These engines are made for turbo's. You just need t do A LOT more maintenance to your car, different oil, different gas, stuff like that. just make sure to get new clutch, fuel injectors and your good to go. I hope m post helped out any questions let me know
