all but in the vtec and o2 sensors. since the hx uses two stages of vtec and the o2 is a wideband (5 wire)

well since all the wiring is technically there. not much. you will need to repin some connections on the ecu plug and then use the ex ecu from whatever year your car is.
i'm not sure what all is involved other than the most obvious ones that i said.
