I am guessing it's a 1.4l D series honda engine...and yes almost every motor can be turbocharged and with every turbo....you will need a custom manifold for it....but most important is to match the right size of turbo to your engine so you don't reach 5 psi by 6500rpm if you pick too big of a turbo....too small turbo isn't a good idea either and yes that exhaust housing would be very nice for a 1.4l engine...but what are the specs. on the compressor?
