250hp. D series engine. POSSIBLE?

I was wondering if its is possible to build up a d16a engine and have a custom turbo setup and be able to get up 250 hp and be a daily driver. If its possible please tell me what engine build ups need to be done and what kind of turbo setup do I need.

hey chuck, we gotta race sometime at the q! my friends just drove to kentucky to go pick up my greddy turbo. its used but for $950 w/ intercooler and BOV you cant pass that up!
