Angry 3rd Gear grind

Well I ran my car on a Very HOT day , and I noticed at times it was harder to shift gears going down the track....I heard w/ high heat clutch doesn't work the same as if it was cool, but now sometimes even if not driving hard or motor isn't too hot it grinds some going into 3rd only...its a new (couple months old) 4-puck w/ springs...like when the clutch is fully pressed in, it's not quite all the way in, by the way it shifts/feels..synchros? Or what do ya think? Sometimes I shift at low rpm's and it's stiff and kinda jumps just when I shift it and clutch is still in..

Any advice would help'

Mods: turbo, and body kit, and a paint job no one has in this world
therumbligteg is an unknown quantity at this point
I think you need to replace your synchros, but before you do, tighten up your clutch, see if that makes a difference.
